Training and Configuration

We agree a training program with each client based on their initial and ongoing requirements. We take a very hands-on approach with the secretariat (i.e. the people managing the site) and make sure that where there are configuration options, these are set to optimise the client’s experience.

Users quickly get to know the system, and we are there for them when they need help.
